Registration for both pre-conference workshops and conference shall open 2nd of february 2026.

Pre-conference workshops are included in the conference fees.

Abstracts will be submitted via our conference website (call for abstracts – submissions) at International Conference of SFPS 2026 - Sciencesconf.org. You will be able to submit your abstract via our conference website after you have created an account in our conference platform at International Conference of SFPS 2026 - Sciencesconf.org.

A gala dinner will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. at the "Serre Jardin des Plantes" in Orléans.

Delegates will be asked to confirm their attendance at the Gala during their conference registration. Gala tickets will be provided at the conference venue. Places are limited to 250 delegates for the Gala on the first come first served basis. We will keep our website up to date with regards to the number of Gala places still available regulary. We will do our best to accommodate everyone attending the conference but for security reasons facility capacity is of 250 delegates. 

Please note that, in any case, registrations completed after April 30, 2026, do not include access to the Gala nor include lunch meals.

The official language of the congress is English.
