Student awards
Notes for students running for one of the different student awards : Abstracts will be submitted via our conference website (call for abstracts – submissions) at International Conference of SFPS 2026 - Sciencesconf.org. You will be able to submit your abstract via our conference website after you have created an account in our conference platform at International Conference of SFPS 2026 - Sciencesconf.org. - During the registration, in the “comments” section, please kindly specify your status (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate). - During the abstract submission, in the “comments” section, please kindly specify for which award you are submitting the abstract (either oral communication or poster communication. - A student can only go for one award, either oral communication (category BSc or MSc, or category PhD), or poster communication (all categories included, i.e. BSc, MSc, PhD). - General instructions below provided for abstract submissions apply. - A specific abstract submission deadline is given to BSc and MSc students only (see detail in the conference website key dates). - Students running for an award must sign the abstract submitted as first author. Obviously, multiple co-authors are possible but the student running for the award must be signing the abstract as first author (and present the work, whether it is an oral communication or a poster communication). - Student proof will be requested in due time. Important to note that only those registered officially as student this academic year 2025-26 can submit an abstract for the student award. - Further details regarding organisation of the students awards will follow in due time.
Please note : - Only participants registrated as a student this 2025-2026 academic year are eligible for student awards. - During the registration, in the “comments” option, please kindly specify your status (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) if you choose to participate in the student awards. - The official language of the conference is English.
