INTERNATIONAL SFPS CONFERENCE 2026 (May 27-30, 2026)
The 2026 French Society of Sport Psychology (SFPS) Conference “Embracing European Sport Psychology in France: Towards a Shared Vision of Research, Practice and Education”, organized by the SAPRéM Laboratory (Sport, Physical Activity, Rehabilitation and Motor Skills) and the UFR STAPS of Orléans France, aims to bring together students, researchers and practitioners to discuss scientific and professional advances in sport psychology. For the first time, this event will be held in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Over one day of workshops (May 27) and three days of conferences, posters and oral presentations, and roundtables (May 28-30), academics and faculty, students as well as professionals and practitioners in sport psychology will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences.
The objectives of this event are multiple: - to bring a top-tier international conference to Orléans for students, researchers and practionners; - to foster scientific and cultural exchange among national and international students, practitioners, and researchers; - to disseminate emerging professional practices in European sport psychology to students and sport professionals; and - to promote internationally the work being done in France in sport psychology and mental performance.
