Gala and after party

Gala Dinner :

A Gala dinner will be held on Friday May 29, 2026 at the "Serre Jardin des Plantes" in Orléans (from 7pm until 23hrs). Delegates will be asked to confirm their attendance at the Gala during their conference registration. Gala tickets will be provided at the conference venue. Places are limited to 250 delegates for the Gala on the first come first served basis. We will keep our website up to date with regards to the number of Gala places still available regulary. We will do our best to accommodate everyone attending the conference but for security reasons facility capacity is of 250 delegates. 

After Gala party:

We are happy to welcome everyone after the Gala dinner to Riverlanes Orléans, at 15min walking distance from the Gala dinner place (in the city centre). We will have DJ and drinks special tarifs for the conference delegates so do not forget to take your badge with you both for the gala and for the after gala party.
