Registration Fees

Registration for both pre-conference workshops and conference shall open 2nd of february 2026.

Pre-conference workshops are included in the conference fees. 

(1) Registration fee includes participation in the workshops, coffee breaks (28-29-30 May), lunch meals (28-29 May), and the Gala on May 29. However, note that places for the Gala are limited to 250 delegates. We will keep our website up to date with regards to the number of Gala places still available regulary. 

(2) Registration fee includes participation in the workshops and coffee breaks (28-29-30 May). Note that registrations after April 30 do not include Gala nor lunch meals.

Gala places available currently : 250 

Please note:

- A Gala dinner will be held on Friday May 29, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. at the "Serre Jardin des Plantes" in Orléans. Delegates will be asked to confirm their attendance at the Gala during their conference registration. Gala tickets will be provided at the conference venue. Places are limited to 250 delegates for the Gala on the first come first served basis. We will keep our website up to date with regards to the number of Gala places still available regulary. We will do our best to accommodate everyone attending the conference but for security reasons facility capacity is of 250 delegates. 

- Students must provide proof of student status; students from the 2024-2025 academic year are also eligible for this student rate when registering.

- SFPS members must provide proof of membership when registering.

- When registraring for the conference delegates will be ask to sign this code of conduct charter in order to complete registration: Code of conduct Charter - SFPS 2026 

No refund policy applies.
